Cost of living in DIGICREA institutions cities

The cost of living varies between the cities you will visit during the DIGICREA programme, but also depends on individual spending habits. We encourage you to evaluate your own budget needs personally.

For your visa application, you will be required to show you have the funds to cover cost of living (legal minimums), but these requirements are quite low compared to current student spending for basic cost of living needs (housing, food, insurance, and local transport).

Here we give approximate costs, for a single person. More information and estimates can be found on the website of the universities (for UJM)

Banking needs and services

All Students, Non-European and European, need an European bank account during the period of the study. This European account is needed to disburse the scholarship the Student have been awarded when applicable, and in any case to allow the Student to have means of payments during the entire period of the Programme. All expenses related to banking services are students’ own and sole responsibility.
