Where can I find information about the application procedure?

What is the exact deadline for applying?
The exact deadline for applying is February 16, 2026, at 11.00 pm (French time). Considering the high number of candidates, we recommend you apply as soon as possible.
Where do I have to apply?
Application process only via a portal named "e-Candidat", run by University Jean Monnet. Candidates must create an account on this portal and apply there. Unlike what is written on the home page of this portal, all applicants must use this portal. Application for DIGICREA does not proceed through "Etudes En France".
On this portal, don't forget to use the GB flag to see the English version. Once you have created your account, you will be ask to fullfil informations about your age, nationality, diploma, etc. Then you can apply to Digicrea master in the "Degree programs" section (under "Arts Lettres Langue / Master (HORS MASTER ENSEIGNEMENT) 2 / M1 Digital creativity arts and science"). Clicking on this will add the program to your "Application" section.
Please note that the eCandidat application is unavailable between 11:00 pm and 5:30 am French time.
What is a certified copy (requested for diploma, etc.)?
Certified copies are photocopies of original documents that are certified with a stamp and signature to confirm that the copies are true to the originals. New date of the certification must be included.
What nationalities are eligible to apply? Am I eligible as a non-European Union country citizen? Am I too young / too old to apply?
There is no restriction of age, nationality, gender, religion or health conditions for DIGICREA program.
How can I apply for next cohort as an ongoing student if my diploma is due at the latest by 31 July 2026?
Candidates with at least 150 ECTS at the time of application may be considered, provided they include a declaration of honour stating they will have completed 180 ECTS before the start of the programme (i.e August 31, 2026 for next edition).
Remember to include exact dates of your study period and of the expected graduation. We would need to get your degree as soon as you receive it (in case selected, your enrollment would depend on it).
How many applicants are selected each year?
The number of Students enrolled per cohort is determined for each cohort by the Programme Board, considering the need to ensure a continuity of high-level selection and good teaching conditions. For the 2026-2028 cohort, this number will not exceed a maximum of 22 students.
How can I apply as an ongoing student if my diploma is due at the latest by 31 July 2026?

Scholarship & Financing
How can I apply for the Scholarship?
The application for the EMJM scholarship is included within the application for the program itself; you don't need to submit anything beyond what is required in the application.

What happens if I do not get the Digicrea Programme scholarship?
Please read Financial aid section. The awarding of a scholarship of 1400 euros per month is possible depending on the level of the applicants. A few applicants per intake are accepted without a scholarship, as Self-financed students. For those applicants accepted without scholarship, participation costs are not charged.
Can I participate in this program and work at the same time? Are there any job position related to the program?
DIGICREA students cannot work during their studies (or only part-time), as the program is very demanding. Unfortunately, there is no available job position linked to the program.
